Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
This site is run by the Immaculata Class of 2016 reunion committee. When you RSVP, buy a ticket, or create an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, your RSVP and survey answers, guest names, and basic ticket details.
How we use it
We use your information only to plan and communicate about the reunion: headcounts, tickets and check in, reminders, and day of details. We never sell your information, and we never share phone numbers or email addresses with third parties for marketing.
Emails and text messages
If you give us your email address or phone number, we may send reunion updates. Every email includes a way to stop receiving them, and you can reply STOP to any text. Full details are in our text message policy.
Removing your information
Email schenfeldcatt@gmail.com and ask us to remove your details, and we will delete them from our reunion records.
